OpenMobile is a website where independent or underground artists can promote their music. After creating a profile, musicians can upload full track MP3's and sell them to their fans.
The musicians can edit those full track MP3s and turn them into 30 sec snippet ringtones. This content is published to an "Artist Page" where fans can download their favorite ringtone or full-track MP3 ala carte, or for a monthly cost, they can download an unlimited amount.
